Justice is choice.

We were founded on the belief that no one can make an ethical adoption decision without access to all their pregnancy options—including abortion. Today, we’re proud to be the only pro-choice and LGBTQIA+ affirming adoption agency in Ohio, and one of the few in the country. Our commitment to abortion access, along with our adoption and parenting programs, is why we’re recognized and trusted by the broader reproductive justice movement

We offer all-options pregnancy counseling and full spectrum supportive programming for pregnant people. We listen without judgment, support with compassion, and provide unbiased educational tools and resources based on the choices you make. Our comprehensive programs include:

Abortion:

We offer safe referrals for the abortion care you need by partnering nationwide with independent abortion providers, Planned Parenthood, and trusted abortion funds.

\"Adoption\"

Adoption:

We are an All Options adoption agency. We do not support the narrative that adoption is an alternative to abortion. We believe deeply in the right to choose and offer adoption as an option for pregnant people, guiding them through a transparent and supportive open adoption process that respects and honors everyone involved.

\"Parenting\"

Parenting:

We honor the strength and vulnerability of all people, no matter where they are on their parenting journey. Working with the goal of keeping families together and children out of foster care, we provide financial resources and access to short-term parenting reprieves (hosting) when needed.

We’re fighting back against anti-abortion centers.

Anti-abortion centers, also known as crisis pregnancy centers (CPCs), are facilities that trick and coerce pregnant people into continuing their pregnancies under the guise of being low-cost healthcare centers.

We are the antithesis to an anti-abortion center—think of us as a pro-choice, all-options center that supports pregnant people in making the choice that is best for them.

After the fall of Roe in 2022, which took away federal protections for abortion rights in the United States, pregnant people have become even more vulnerable to threats against their rights—and anti-abortion centers have grown even more determined in their crusade to stop pregnant people from having abortions.

We won’t let them win. Our work has become more important than ever, and we remain steadfast in our commitment to ensuring that pregnant people have access to all the options that they need to make the right choice for them.

We’re here for everyone.

We know that low-income people and people of color are more likely to face an uphill battle when trying to access safe and quality healthcare, including early prenatal care and postpartum support. We strive to continually improve our outreach and connection to these communities to help support those who need us the most.

We also honor the rights and freedoms of LGBTQIA+ people, including their right to create families. We stand firm in our support of all families and take pride in our work connecting LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples with all of their options for building a family. JustChoice does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.
